Our mission is to give every person who completes our program the confidence to live the health and happy life that they deserve!
The Brisbane Best Body Challenge is a 12 week challenge that involves group fitness sessions conducted by certified personal trainers. Anyone can participate, no matter what budget or schedule they have. The Best Body Challenge offers 3 differently priced packages with central locations for your convenience.
You can do our Essential package with 3 sessions a week, our Achieve package with 6 sessions a week or our Transformation package with 6 sessions a week plus a Personal Training session. The prices start from $37.95 a week depending on your goals and personal preference.
The sessions alternate between morning and evening times for variety and to suit any busy schedule.
